Streqo.app (hereinafter referred to as “Streqo”) is a platform dedicated to helping users build, track, and optimize personal habits through advanced momentum-tracking technologies. It functions as a personal productivity tool that integrates machine learning, natural language processing, and data management to deliver personalized habit insights, routines, and progress visualization in real time.

The system is capable of indexing, structuring, and analyzing user-provided habit data (such as daily logs, routine schedules, and progress metrics) to facilitate habit formation. Additionally, Streqo includes modules for adaptive learning and personalized guidance, allowing users to optimize their "orbits" and achieve long-term consistency.

Streqo operates under established access, security, and privacy protocols. The present conditions expose the rights and obligations of the user and of Streqo as the provider of the service.

Streqo will assume that any user who uses the service has read and accepted these terms, and Streqo reserves the right to update and modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice, which are always available at https://streqo.app/terms-and-conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Application, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms. To access the service, it is essential to be over eighteen (18) years old. A complete email address and all information required in the account creation process must be provided. If an email address is not verified within 168 hours, it will be automatically deleted.

1.1 General Terms
The user agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written consent of Streqo. You may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited (spam) e-mail. Neither Streqo nor its partners are liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. 2. License and Access Rights
Streqo grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for personal productivity and habit-tracking purposes. Users shall not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Application;
• Sell, sublicense, or distribute the Application to third parties;
• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property
Streqo owns all Intellectual Property rights of the Service, including the name "Streqo," the graphic material, all software, and the user interface elements. The user undertakes not to copy, adapt, or decompile any facet of the Service that Streqo owns. The user retains all rights to the content (habit logs) they upload to the service.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Application incorporates AI technologies to generate suggestions, habit optimizations, and momentum analysis based on User inputs.

• AI-generated outputs are recommendations only and are non-binding.
• The AI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Users are solely responsible for interpreting and validating any AI-generated habit suggestions.

5. Subscription, Renewal, and Termination
Subscription tiers (Proton, Electron, Atom) are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via the dashboard or email. Upon termination, personal usage data will be securely deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
